Supporting Dadaab Refugee Camp

MotherWalks
This woman and her family are refugees in the Dadaab Refugee camp in Kenya, moving to an expansion of the camp.  Due in large part to the drought, the influx of new refugees coming into Dadaab has increased to up to 1,500 a day, 70% of whom cite hunger and lack of water as the reasons they left home.  Your donation helps people like this woman and her family receive the support they need to survive during this terrible drought.

World Vision is hard at work on the ground at the refugee camp at Dadaab, ensuring those who need it receive food and water support, as well as medical attention.  Children in need receive special treatment in the form of Plumpy’nut, which is a nutritious food supplement which supports healthy development.  Your contribution has been used to provide this support to families and individuals in need.

Thank you for your contribution – your donation helped save lives.
