Dadaab, Kenya, is home to the world’s largest refugee camp, with more than 400,000 refugees and as many as 1,500 new arrivals per day.  The recent drought in the region, the worst in 60 years, is contributing to the number of people arriving- 70% of all new arrivals enter the camps due to lack of food and water. Registered refugees are given food rations, which are critical to their survival.

World Vision is hard at work on the ground at the refugee camp at Dadaab, ensuring those who need it receive food and water support, as well as medical attention. Children in need receive special treatment in the form of Plumpy’nut, which is a nutritious food supplement which supports healthy development.  Your contribution has been used to provide this support to families and individuals in need.

Thanks for your donation towards life-saving food – it has helped save lives.
